Course 2009 - Workshop with registration -

The workshop is a 2-part introduction to the fundamentals of project management and leadership. Class participants will learn the main principles of project management according to international standards, with opportunities throughout the workshop to apply these principles to their own personal and professional projects. But when a project is in trouble, the solution won’t come from planning, much more from leadership and the ability to deal with change. That’s why participants will learn and reflect on leadership models, all based on one common element: Responsibility.

Key topics addressed in the workshop will be:

    How can projects be led to success?
    How do I deal with social and environmental factors in projects?
    How do I keep track of my project goals?
    What is the significance of risk management?
    How do I best structure projects?
    How do I deal with change?
    How do emotions play a role in projects?
    What is the best leadership style for my project?
