If you already have a STINE account, it is not possible to create a new applicant account. You should log in using your existing STINE account.

If this is not possible, please note the following instructions for creating a second applicant account in this case:
1. please write a 2 after your first name (example Max2) and
2. also use an e-mail address that you have not yet used for STINE.

In this way you should be able to create a new applicant account.
