Do you need help with lost login details or a blocked password or iTAN list?
In such cases, students, instructors, and staff can visit the RRZ-ServiceDesk support team at the Regional Computing Center (RRZ). You will be provided with your access details upon presentation of a valid ID.
We ask for your understanding that for data protection reasons, it is not possible to disclose details of login data or iTAN lists via email or over the telephone.

secondary school leaving certificates as proof of higher education entrance eligibility and recognition of coursework completed as part of a previous degree program.

Technical questions include, for example, problems encountered when creating a user account, loss of your password, or display errors on the STiNE website.
Please use the support form in STiNE to send your questions or problems to the STiNE helpline. You can find this form in the menu (logged-in area) on the left-hand side of the screen.
The staff from the STiNE helpline will send an answer to your university email address as soon as possible. Using the Surfmail program, you can easily access your university email
no matter where you are. The username you need to enter there is your Universität Hamburg ID.
